Farm Wife Updates...

Hi ladies!

I just wanted to take a few short moments here and post something new. Many things have been happening around the Reilly farm. Let's see, well, I will quickly update you...

~ I have had a colonoscopy and EDG done to rule out some of the possible causes as to why I was having some of the symptoms that I was and thankfully everything came back fine and they were able to give me medication to help me

~ I have been recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and have been changing my lifestyle and learning all about this disease and what I can do to help stop any complications from happening in the future

~ My SIL had a baby boy on March 14, which unfortunately had sparked some emotional days for me because my husband and I are trying to conceive and are dealing with some infertility issues

~ My job as a substitute teacher has gotten busier with more days

~ Time around our farm seems to have been running short, or maybe I just had not adjusted to some of the changes that have been made, like going to the rec center and working out more often and learning how to cook better

I plan on posting a lot more. It would be really awesome if I could post everyday, which is something that I hope to do. Let me tell you how much all of you wonderful ladies have inspired me with all of your beautiful blogs and creative ideas.

Blessings and perfect prims,

Hey there! Glad to hear that you are okay. Sorry about the type II diabetes. I hope you are able to control it and possibly eliminate it by changing your diet/lifestyle.
I am thinknig about making some changes myself.
Congrats on the new baby in your family. I know that had to be hard, but God will tend to your needs. His timing is always perfect. Don't lose hope.
I too, love your new header photo. Looks great!
Take care of yourself and post when you can. I started blogging for theraputic reasons and it has worked out wonderfully for me. I hope it will for you too.
Have a great week!
